Deposit Collection and Move-In Day

Before moving in, tenants must pay a deposit (equal to one month’s rent) along with the first month’s rent. We register the deposit with mydeposits.co.uk within five days for legal protection.

We meet the tenant on move-in day for an inventory check and first property inspection. Two sets of keys are handed over, and the tenancy officially begins!

How Much Does The Let Only Service Cost?

Our let-only service is priced at £750, which you only pay once the tenancy starts.

This fee covers:

  • Initial property valuation
  • Professional advertising both online and offline
  • Conducting viewings
  • Referencing checks
  • Creation and signing of the tenancy agreement

Once everything is in place and the tenant is ready to move in, we make sure that the first month’s rent and deposit are collected.

After the tenant is settled, you can manage the property directly. This fixed fee means that there are no hidden charges or management fees, unless you want to opt for additional services.
