Guided Viewings

Tenant Screening and Agreement
All potential tenants undergo a comprehensive referencing process, which includes identity checks, credit history verification, employment confirmation, and affordability assessments. We even request a guarantor for added security. Once a tenant successfully passes this process, we draft a customised tenancy agreement tailored to your property. Each contract is reviewed by our legal team for full protection.
Deposit Collection and Move-In Day
Before moving in, tenants must pay a deposit (equal to one month’s rent) along with the first month’s rent. We register the deposit with mydeposits.co.uk within five days for legal protection.
We meet the tenant on move-in day for an inventory check and first property inspection. Two sets of keys are handed over, and the tenancy officially begins!

Our let-only service is priced at £750, which you only pay once the tenancy starts.
This fee covers:

Once everything is in place and the tenant is ready to move in, we make sure that the first month’s rent and deposit are collected.
