Full Property Management
10% based on the monthly rental.
Our full property management service in South London is designed to make life easy for landlords. We handle everything, including 24/7 tenant support and inspections, so you can rest assured your property is being well looked after.
Property Management With Guaranteed Rent Collection
12% based on the monthly rental.
If you want us to handle everything, from tenant support and maintenance to rent collection, we can do just that! We guarantee you’ll get paid on time every month, even if it takes us a little longer to chase it up.
Rent Collection Only
7% based on the monthly rental.
If you want to manage your property, but want help collecting rent, we charge a small fee. If there are any issues, we’ll take the lead, ensuring you’re paid on time, every time.
Finding Tenants For Your Property
£750, paid at the start of the tenancy.
We source, check, reference and place tenants in your property. Then, we hand over the management to you! You’ll only pay the fee once the tenants are placed and the tenancy has begun.
