From the moment you sign up with us, you will know exactly what you are paying for.
Our Services and Prices Include:
Let Only: £750, paid at the start of the tenancy.
Rent Collection: 7% based on the monthly rental.
Full Management: 10% based on the monthly rental.
Full Management (Guaranteed Rent): 12% based on the monthly rental.
