Before founding J Property Management, I began my career in property development and later moved into lettings and property management. From the moment you sign up with us, you will know exactly what you are paying for.
Our Services and Prices Include:
Let Only: £750, paid at the start of the tenancy.
Rent Collection: 7% based on the monthly rental.
Full Management: 10% based on the monthly rental.
Full Management (Guaranteed Rent): 12% based on the monthly rental.
