Reka Denes is an experienced property manager with over six years of expertise managing portfolios in both London and Hungary. She has a strong track record in overseeing large property portfolios, successfully managing significant renovation projects, and resolving complex tenant issues. Reka’s experience in finance, gained while working for a London-based construction company, has sharpened her ability to handle the financial and legal aspects of property management.

Our Services and Prices Include:
Let Only: £750, paid at the start of the tenancy.
Rent Collection: 7% based on the monthly rental.
Full Management: 10% based on the monthly rental.
Full Management (Guaranteed Rent): 12% based on the monthly rental.
