How much does property management cost?
We like to keep our pricing simple and transparent.
Our Let Only service starts from £900, Rent Collection is 7% of the monthly rent, Full Management is 10%, and Full Management with Guaranteed Rent is 12%.
Before you decide on anything, we’ll talk through your property, explain what’s included and recommend the service that makes the most sense for you.
Do you offer guaranteed rent services?
Yes, we do. If you’d rather not worry about missed rent payments or periods where your property is empty, our Guaranteed Rent service offers complete peace of mind.
You’ll get rent paid to you on time every month, regardless of whether the tenant has paid yet. This is an incredibly popular option with our landlords, as it provides you with consistency throughout.
Can I switch from my current letting agent?
Absolutely. Many landlords assume switching agents will be stressful, but in reality it’s usually much easier than they expect.
We’ll speak directly with your current agent, arrange the transfer of all the paperwork and make sure your tenants experience a smooth handover. Our aim is to make the whole process as easy as possible, so you don’t have to chase people or worry about the details.
Can you help with tenant sourcing and referencing only?
Of course. Not every landlord needs full management, and that’s absolutely fine. If you’re happy to manage the property yourself but want help finding the right tenants, we can take care of the marketing, viewings, referencing and Right to Rent checks before handing everything over to you.
It’s a service that gives you support where you need it most.
How quickly can you start managing my property?
We’re normally able to get things moving very quickly. If your property is empty, we can usually start almost immediately.
If it’s already managed by another agent, we’ll work with them on the handover and keep you updated throughout, making the transition as easy as possible. From the moment you get in touch, we’ll guide you through the process so you always know what happens next.
